    Corned Beef Casserole

Corn beef is a tradition on St. Patrick’s Day. Try this recipe.

You will need to precook an 8 ounce package of egg noodles. And then heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Coarsely chop up a 12-ounce can of corned beef. Add a can of cream of celery soup. Don’t dilute it. Add ¾ cup milk and half a finely chopped onion.

Put this substance in a greased 2-quart casserole pan. Add the noodles. Sprinkle the top with bread crumps. It will take about 30 minutes to bake.

    Green Jell-O

For dessert, include Green Ice cream Jell-O that is easy to make the night before.

    • 2 packages of jello (green)
    • 1 package of knox unflavored gelatin
    • 4 cups of boiling water
    • 1 quart of nonfat vanilla ice cream

    1. Mix together both packages of jell-o, gelatin, and boiling water to dissolve.
    2. Add 1 quart of vanilla ice cream; stir until dissolved.
    3. Pour into 9 x 13 glass dish
    4. Refrigerate overnight, cut and serve! The ice cream will float to the top of the jello.
