This place is amazing. I had my braces since I was 16 now I’m 18 moved out and I’ve been moved out on my own. Been making my own appointments ever since I’ve been 18 and they’ve always been super nice and worked with me a lot when I changed my appointment because of my work schedule.I would 100% recommend here!

Our son had a good experience. The orthodontist and the staff did a great job. However, they are often busy and you need to make sure to be intentional about getting the attention you deserve as a customer. I would have liked more information about the need for retainers at our first visit. I admit that is part of my responsibility to ask more questions. I would recommend them to others in the future.

Columbia Orthodontics is amazing. My daughter Micaiah just got her braces off and her smile is beautiful. Dr. Croft really knows what he is doing. He is very precise and so friendly. The people there are patient and willing to explain details if you need it. I've had to call and go in a few times without an appt because a brace wire broke and they worked with me quickly. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable experience.

Excellent staff and doctor. If you ever break a bracket on your braces or you need something adjusted, they often can get you in for a quick appointment and fix whatever was bothering you. My teeth are nice and straight now! The incentive program is also extremely good.

Oh my goodness, I’m 25 and had to get braces. I was quoted 12-19 months and I only had them on for a little over a year. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Dr. Croft is a nice guy. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to get braces.
