Columbia Orthodontics was recommended to us from our general dentist. We did our own research as well. Dr has 3 easily accessible locations. Throughout my son's journey to a perfect smile we frequented two locations based on our needs. Taking advantage of location close to home often. Clean workspace and professional staff always with a smile. Son was able to have aligner on top and metal braces on bottom. I like he was able to choose his option but aware not everyone can due to their individual needs. Would highly recommend Columbia Orthodontics if you are in the market for a new smile! Not only did my son have great service I was able to have my 25+ yr old metal bar removed and have a spring retainer myself. Consistently great care......

We had both our teenagers get their braces on the same day. It was the smoothest process with Dr. Croft and his team. The appointment availability is amazing, they were able to have every appointment at the same time and the same day so i didn’t have to make multiple trips back and forth. Dr. Croft and his staff are so informative and friendly. If you’re undecided about where to go, this is the tie breaking vote for Columbia Orthopedics.

At almost 67 years old, I found myself needing braces (again!). I wasn't looking forward to the adventure and not totally comfortable with what I assumed would be a an experience geared toward a much younger demographic. I needn't have worried, Dr. Croft and the staff were always great, got me in on time, and accommodated all of the little glitches that inevitably occur (broken wires, missing elastics, etc.). Less than 2 years later, voila! A miracle of sorts has occurred. I cannot say enough about this group and recommend them highly!Thank you All!!

My daughter had a very special and complicated case where it was medically needed to have braces. Her teeth grew in slow from the start which made getting braces on pushed out, because she didn't have enough adult teeth. A handful of other providers in the are suggest that we remove multiple teeth before we even got the process started. I was relieved to hear that Columbia Ortho was suggesting we be patient with her teeth and work with what she has. She had braces for over 2 years and I wasn't confident that HER teeth would ever resemble the magnificently straight smile she has now. Columbia Ortho has changed her life and given her a confidence that is hard to come by. They are knowledgeable, friendly, maintain a clean and organized facility, and I highly recommend them every chance I get. Thanks again guys! It's been such a pleasure working with you. Hopefully my next kiddos don't need braces, but if they do, I know where to go.

Dr. Croft is an excellent orthodontist. I chose him for his good reputation for handling complicated cases. Dr Croft was professional, knowledgeable, experienced and relational while explaining and discussing my situation and my treatment plan options. We chose Invisalign for some of its distinct abilities to maneuver my teeth through the existing issues. Dr Croft made sure to answer my questions and address concerns. He was always respectful, caring, gentle and has a good team. We are delighted with the results.

Our daughter was a transfer into the office from out of state, and we had some concerns about finding a doctor that would be willing to take our daughter's case on, and if we would be as happy with our new orthodontist. We had a fabulous experience at Columbia Orthodontics. They were honest with us from the get-go, suggesting that we wait until all our son's teeth had fallen out while other Ortho suggest a 2 phase more costly experience. Our son only ended up having to wear his braces for 21 months and his teeth are perfect! The staff has gone out of their way answer our many questions (often more than once). They are always friendly and caring. I would def recommend Columbia Ortho to ANYONE!

All I wanted for Christmas were my two front teeth, only had one until I came to Columbia orthodontics. They fulfilled my Christmas wish, now I can wish you Merry Christmas 😁Really good experience, they were able to realign my teeth and bring in a missing front tooth that didn't come down. Dr. Croft was very lenient with my schedule throughout the 2 1/2 years that I wore My braces, Even readjusting the schedule so that I wouldn't have a massive gap for my wedding, and taking off my braces during the first few weeks leading up to, and after, the biggest day of my life. We have two kids coming here my son is still going through his treatment, but my daughter finished early wearing her braces for 1.5yrs!We’ve had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the initial evaluation/ meeting there was no pressure, friendly communication and answering questions. Even the price of everything that was included was much less than a couple other places we checked into and honestly the care and attention she received was pleasantly appreciated. They are definitely “a well oiled machine” from the flexibility in appointments, care of the patients, quality of expertise, kindness of the Dr and staff. Exceptional, you can tell the team enjoys each other and the Dr takes care of his team. It’s refreshing! Have already recommended several of our friends here! Highly recommend!
