The skies the limit!

“The 300 race is my baby, I’m comfortable with it. I’m a stubborn runner. I know what games my mind can play with me in the 300. People who are looking from the outside-in might look at running as punishment. But I love it. Push-ups — to me, that’s punishment.”

Rachel, a Class 4A state runner-up last year in the 300-meter hurdles, has her sights set on a this years state championship.
